NIK END ES 2015 Ltd. has been operating in the tourism sector in the village of Banya, Razlog Municipality, for more than five years, providing accommodation in guest houses. To expand and modernize its services, the company investment in two single-family guest houses designed to be energy-efficient and sustainable. The project includes a package of energy efficiency and renewable energy measures: insulation of external walls and roofs, installation of high-performance windows, two heat pumps, cooling systems for summer comfort, and two photovoltaic systems of 11 kWp each for self-consumption. The project will result in reduced energy consumption, lower operating costs, improved quality of tourist services, and increased competitiveness of the enterprise. The investment is fully aligned with the objectives of the procedure, combining enhanced energy efficiency with the promotion of renewable energy use.
