UNIVERSAL EXPORTS Ltd. specializes in the development, design, engineering and production of various self-service machines for customers for the needs of the retail industry. The company strives to optimize energy use in order to reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The current project is in implementation of the objectives of the procedure "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises" - to provide focused support to Bulgarian enterprises to improve their energy efficiency and promote the use of energy from renewable sources (RE), thereby accelerating the transition of the private sector to climate neutrality. With a view to greater energy independence and transition to environmentally friendly activity, after conducting procedures for selecting a contractor, a PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT (INCLUDING SOLAR PANELS, INVERTERS, BATTERIES AND OTHER COMPONENTS NECESSARY) will be built. FOR THE OPERATION OF THE POWER PLANT with an inverter power of 50 kW and a battery capacity of 60 kWh. To overcome the limitations of the future development of the company, solar panels and energy storage facilities will be installed, which will allow the company to use environmentally friendly energy for its own needs and store the excess energy produced by the PV plant and use it during power outages and as a supplementary energy source. This will increase the efficiency of the overall energy production and storage system. The new Photovoltaic Power Plant will allow the company to ensure a stable energy supply, minimize energy costs and ensure continuity of the production process, which will make it more competitive in the market. The investments under the procedure are in line with the requirements of the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment and will contribute to the country's ecological transition.
