The increase in competitiveness and the expansion of market positions, characterized by a high intensity of competitive struggle, require continuous improvement of the technological process in order to respond to the current trends in the industry, the dynamics in the development of consumer demand and the established requirements for final products. In response to these criteria, the applicant company encounters difficulties in some of the stages of the production process, as it uses morally outdated technologies, which complexly leads to high production costs, non-competitive products compared to others in the sector and the inability to expand the range of products.
In view of the above, the implementation of the present project is foreseen, with the main objective of improving the production capacity and optimizing the business processes in the company, which will contribute to increasing competitiveness and strengthening the market presence, a prerequisite for the sustainability and growth of the company.
The investment project envisages the implementation of new technologies to improve and expand the production process, through the purchase of a "Powder coating camera" - 1 piece, included in the mandatory Activity 1 of the present procedure.
The project has a completion period of 12 months and has a total value of BGN 70,000.00 excluding VAT.
Successful implementation, requiring realistic planning of the entire process and a balanced distribution of activities in time, tied to the goals set in the project, guarantee the achievement of the expected results, as a result of which the company plans to increase its revenues in the coming years.
The investments under the current project proposal are in accordance with the requirements of the horizontal principles laid down in Art. 9 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1060, as well as with the principle of "doing no significant harm".

Подобряване на производствения капацитет на "ГАЛАКС-М" ЕООД: Настоящата дейност ще бъде изпълнена чрез придобиването на "Камера за прахово боядисване" - 1 бр.
Камерата за праходо боядисване, обект на настоящото проектно предложение е с максимално допустима влажност на работния въздух – 0,5 cm3/m3. Това изискване е необходимо с оглед качество на покритието и недопускане овлажняването на полимерния прах, както и безпроблемното му рециклиране и многократно използване.
Новозакупеният актив, който се включва в етап 8 от производствения процес на дружеството работи по-бързо и по-икономично в сравнение със стария, който работи бавно и сменя трудно цветовете. Това води приблизително до разходване на около 200 кг. месечно боя, което се явява голям разход за дружеството. Новата машина е по-прецизна и по-добре улавя и разпределя остатъчната боя, която се смесва с новата. Има възможност и за боядисване на по-големи детайли, които в момента биват трудно изработвани. Затова дружеството има очаквания за приблизително 20 % икономия на разходите в сравнение със стария актив за сметка на приблизително 20 % увеличение на производството.
Изпълнението на предвидената дейност ще подобри пазарното присъствие на компанията и ще я направи конкурентоспособна на останалите фирми в бранша. Посочената дейност ще бъде изпълнена посредством придобиването и внедряването в производството на нов актив, за да покрие съществуващи трудности, идентифицирани в отговор на необходимостта от съвременно оборудване, което да подобри ефикастността и съответно да намали себестойността на продукцията, да оптимизира времево производството, както и да подобри произвежданите продукти, като спомогне за увеличаването на продажбите и разширяването на пазарното присъствие по един съвременен и отговорен към природата начин.
