With this project proposal, HYDROMARC Ltd. applies for support for the implementation in the production of a process innovation - a technological process by turning for the production of gaskets with an external diameter between 850 mm and 1850 mm, which is the company's own development.
The main need that will be satisfied through the implementation of the project is to increase the innovative capacity and competitiveness of the company.
The project fully corresponds to the priorities of ISIS. Through its implementation, an innovative process falling into the priority sub-area "Manufacturing of basic elements, details, units and equipment, embedded as part of a mechatronic unit or independently constituting such unit" of the thematic area "Mechatronics and microelectronics" will be implemented. The project is planned to be implemented on the territory of Varna region, whose regional specialization includes the indicated thematic area.
The main goal of the present project is to increase the innovation capacity and competitiveness of the company by implementing in production an innovative process with high added value and developed by the candidate falling in a priority thematic area of ISIS.
The main activity of the project is related to investments in DMA for implementation of process innovation in production.

Внедряване на продуктова иновация (стока или услуга) или иновация в бизнес процесите посредством придобиване на машини, съоръжения и оборудване, представляващи дълготрайни материални активи (ДМА): Като част от дейността ще бъде закупен и въведен в експлоатация CNC Струг (1 бр.).
По проекта е предвидено внедряването на иновативен производствен процес – технологичен процес чрез струговане, за производството на уплътнения с външен диаметър между 850мм и 1850мм.
Към момента фирмата не разполага с подходящо оборудване за реализация на производствения процес. За внедряване му, по проекта е предвидено закупуването на CNC Струг (1 брой). Чрез него ще бъде възможно да се внедри в производството иновативния процес, което ще допринесе за повишаване на иновационния капацитет на фирмата и на конкурентоспособността й.
Чрез закупуването на новото оборудването не се цели обикновена подмяна или увеличаване на наличните ДМА, а внедряване в дейността на оборудване, което ще позволи внедряването на иновативния производствен процес, чрез който ще се подобрят значително етапите по производство на уплътнения с външен диаметър между 850 мм и 1850 мм и ще се подобри общия производствен процес във фирмата.
Чрез закупуването на новото оборудването и внедряването на иновативния производствен процес ще се постигне повишаване иновационния капацитет и разширяване на производствения капацитет на фирмата.
