The project is aimed at reducing energy costs and stabilizing the microclimate in the commercial and production building (food retail and repackaging). The need is clear: stable temperatures and reliable lighting for safe handling of food products, more predictable bills and less dependence on price/seasonal fluctuations. Objectives: 1. Reducing final electricity consumption and operating costs. 2. Increasing self-consumption through own daily production. 3. Ensuring a stable temperature regime in warehouse/production areas for guaranteed quality and safety. 4. Improving lighting and the working environment. Main activities (eligible assets): • Photovoltaic power plant 30 kW for own consumption – covers daily loads (lighting, machinery/equipment, office/IT, ventilation/air conditioning), configured without return to the grid. • Chiller (air-cooled unit) 35 kW – centralized, energy-efficient cooling of temperature-sensitive processes and areas for stable parameters during repackaging and storage. • Replacement of lighting with 20 pcs. linear luminaires 36 W – lower base consumption and uniform illumination in production and storage areas. Implementation organization: energy survey and detailing of solutions; design; delivery and installation; commissioning and training of personnel; setting up monitoring (production/consumption) and operating rules with a focus on maximum self-consumption and safe operation. Expected results: • Significant reduction in network consumption and costs; higher daily self-coverage. • Lower peak loads and smoother operation of installations; reduced risk of accidents and downtime. • Stable temperature and lighting regime in food handling areas; higher safety and consistency of quality. • Reduced carbon footprint and more competitive cost.
