Description

"Trakcia" JSC is a wagon repair and manufacturing plant with a long history and tradition in the production, repair, and modernization of various types of wagons, including open wagons, flatcars, specialized wagons, tank cars, closed wagons, etc., which fully comply with all European requirements and regulations. The company's facilities are located in Samuil, Razgrad region, on an area of 160,000 square meters. The workshops of the company are equipped for the production and repair of a wide range of products, starting from the design stage to testing under real conditions. For production needs, the company has a compressor facility that operates mainly with conventional compressors, some of which are amortized and have low productivity. To ensure continuous production processes at low energy consumption and maintenance costs, Trakcia JSC plans to purchase a new rotary compressor with inverter control and a power of 75 kW, as well as a refrigeration dryer for the needs of the new compressor. The new equipment will guarantee stable, dry, and clean compressed air with high pressure and flow rate. Additionally, the new equipment is energy-efficient, ensuring reduced operating costs for providing compressed air for the machines.
To improve working conditions in the workshops and reduce energy consumption, the project also includes replacing old and amortized floodlights with new LED lighting fixtures – bell-shaped lights with a power of 200 W each and a luminous efficacy of over 130 lm/W.
The project will be implemented in Samuil, Razgrad region, within 12 months.
