"NIGAL 7 EOOD" specializes in the production of polypropylene packaging for industrial and commercial needs. The company has a production facility equipped with machines for extrusion, thermoforming, cutting and sealing of materials, which operate in continuous mode and have high energy consumption. Electricity is one of the main cost components in the production process, with price fluctuations and possible power outages having a direct impact on the productivity and quality of production. The project of "NIGAL 7" EOOD envisages the construction of local energy storage facilities - batteries with a total capacity of 155 kWh in combination with an inverter system, intended for its own consumption. The company already has a photovoltaic power plant (PPP) with a capacity of 114 kW, which covers part of its energy needs. The investment will allow for the effective storage and use of the green energy produced by the PPP, optimization of internal consumption and reduction of dependence on the electricity distribution network. The project will contribute to increasing energy efficiency, reducing electricity costs and limiting the carbon footprint of the enterprise, in line with the objectives of the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises 2021–2027 Programme.
