The project proposal of Tourist Ltd. is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and sustainable development of the enterprise, whose main activity is "Hotels and similar accommodation establishments" (NACE 55.10). By investing in advanced energy technologies, the company aims to reduce its energy intensity, limit its carbon footprint and increase its competitiveness in the market. The project proposal aims at the overall improvement of the energy efficiency of Tourist Ltd. through the implementation of highly efficient technologies and the use of energy from renewable sources. It provides for the acquisition and installation of a local energy storage facility (battery) in combination with an inventory, which will necessarily be connected to an existing photovoltaic power plant of Tourist Ltd., and the energy will be used only for own consumption. The capacity of local energy storage facilities (batteries) is 100 kW, corresponding to the power of existing photovoltaic panels. "Tourist" Ltd., as the owner of the built photovoltaic power plant, guarantees that the energy from the PV is used only for own consumption to cover the energy consumption needs of the tourist training center "Momina Krepost". With the implementation of the project, the company's efforts to achieve the highest level of energy efficiency with optimized consumption of energy from renewable sources and reduced carbon footprint will be upgraded.
