Description

The project of "JARALEX" EOOD is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the production building by implementing modern thermal insulation systems and energy-efficient enclosing structures.
The company specializes in furniture production, constantly investing in innovative solutions to improve product quality, optimize costs and sustainable development.

The building in which the main production activity is carried out has high heat losses due to depreciated roof and wall structures, as well as outdated joinery. This leads to significant energy consumption for heating and cooling, reduces the comfort of the working environment and increases the carbon footprint of the enterprise.

The project envisages the implementation of the following main activities:

Installation of thermal insulation systems from sandwich panels for roofs;

Replacement of windows and doors with aluminum profiles with a broken thermal bridge;

Installation of thermal insulation sandwich panels for external walls and floors to outside air.

The investment will lead to a significant reduction in energy losses, optimization of the microclimate in the production premises, increase of the energy efficiency of the building and reduction of carbon emissions. In addition, lower costs for electricity and heating will be achieved, as well as increased reliability and sustainability of the building infrastructure.

The implementation of the project is in full compliance with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources", contributing to reducing the energy intensity of production, optimizing energy consumption and transition to low-carbon and sustainable production.
