“BETONITI” Ltd. plans to implement an investment aimed at improving the energy efficiency of its production base through a combination of measures, including improvements to the building envelope and the introduction of energy-efficient equipment for heating, cooling, and energy storage. The investment consists of the following six positions: 1. Sectional industrial/external solid doors – 3 units with a area of 12.9 m² each to reduce energy losses in areas with frequent use. 2. Local energy storage facilities – batteries with inverters – 1 unit with a capacity of 90 kW to ensure reliable and balanced energy management. 3. Air-to-air heat pumps – 2 units with a thermal capacity of 20 kW for energy-efficient heating and cooling of production and storage premises. 4. Sectional industrial/external solid doors – 2 units with a area of 18.0 m² each to improve insulation and reduce uncontrolled air infiltration. 5. Thermal insulation systems made of sandwich panels for roofs – 1 position with an area of 120 m² to improve the thermal performance of the roof structure. 6. Thermal insulation systems made of sandwich panels for external walls and floors to the outside air – 1 position with an area of 85 m² to reduce losses through façade elements. The implementation of the project will achieve: • reduction of energy costs by limiting heat losses and using efficient technologies; • reduction of the carbon footprint and the negative impact on the environment; • improvement of the microclimate and working conditions; • sustainable development of the company through the integration of modern and environmentally friendly solutions.
