The candidate under the procedure is "Moda 18" Ltd., which since its establishment in 2018 has been operating in the field of the sewing industry. According to the terms of the procedure, the enterprise is defined as family - the capital of the company is owned by two natural persons - father /Rumen Asenov Pehlivanov/ and daughter /Elmira Rumenova Porfirova/. According to the definitions of ZMSP, the applicant is defined as a small enterprise. The average number of personnel listed for 2023 is 13 people.
The project proposal is aimed at investments for the purchase of universal and special sewing machines to improve the material base of a sewing workshop for the production of outerwear. The implementation of the project is an opportunity to overcome the need for investment support to modernize the technological base of the enterprise.
The project will contribute to increasing the possibilities for sustainable progress and increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise - expansion of activity, diversification, optimization of technological and production processes in the enterprise, improvement of market presence.
The successful implementation of the project will lead to the improvement of the company's overall activity and efficient use of resources, as well as to the following expected results: the purchase of new modern equipment will contribute to increasing productivity, the quality of the manufactured products and improving technological processes; renewal of the company's technological base; improvement of production conditions and working conditions; increase in the company's economic indicators - revenue growth, profit, etc.
The implementation of the project activities will create lasting prerequisites for sustainable economic growth of the company, increase in competitiveness and clear positioning in the local and regional market, where clothing production is among the regional priority economic activities for the Smolyan region.

Подобряване на производствения капацитет на малко семейно предприятие Мода 18 ООД чрез закупуване на оборудване - доставка и монтаж: Дейността предвижда закупуване, доставка и монтаж на универсални шевни машини за шивашко производство на облекло. Планирани са за закупуване следните активи:
- Автоматична едноиглова двуконечна права машина с иглен транспорт - 2 бр.
- Автоматична двуиглова двуконечна шевна машина с голям грайфер - 2 бр.
- Машина за капси с три глави - 1 бр.
- Двуиглова петконечна оверлог машина - 2 бр.
- Едноиглова едноконечна копчена машина - 1 бр.
- Автоматична едноиглова двуконечна права машина - 4 бр.
Към настоящия момент предприятието разполага със следното оборудване, закупувано поетапно от неговото създаване: 1) употребявана права шевна машина - 8 бр., закупени през 2018 г. и нормативно /счетоводно/ изхабени 2022 г.; 2) закупени през 2020 г. 7 бр. нови прави шевни машини, нормативно изхабени в началото на 2024 г.; 3) автоматична двуиглова машина - нова, закупена през 2022 г. с дата на нормативно изхабяване - август 2025 г.; 4) 2 бр. права автоматична машина и 1 бр. двуиглова права машина - автомат, закупени през 2023 г. Наличното производствено оборудване в цялост е технически остаряло, амортизирано и с ниска производителност, което налага чести ремонти. Към настоящия момент предприятието е с капацитет на производство до 650 бр. месечно. Технологичното оборудване, предмет на подпомагане, е избрано според технологичните възможности на всяка от машините и съобразено с наличното в цеха оборудване, с оглед интегриране в работните операции, като с това се очаква увеличение на средномесечното производство на 730 до 750 броя /увеличение с 12-15 %/.
