The project proposal aims to construct a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 50 kW AC / 49.665 kWp DC, mounted on the roof of a production building owned by Minerali-M Ltd. The installation includes 77 pcs. LONGI LR7-72HVH-645M panels (645 Wp each), a hybrid inverter DEYE SUN50K-SG01HP3-EU-BM4 (50 kW), and an energy storage system of 102.4 kWh with DEYE BOS-G LiFePo4 batteries. The system will be installed on an existing roof structure with an aluminum mounting system and full grounding, in compliance with all safety and efficiency requirements. Minerali-M Ltd. operates in the field of crushing, screening, and processing of mineral raw materials. The main technological processes are carried out using electric-powered machines and equipment (crushers, screens, belt conveyors, etc.), with a total instantaneous power consumption of up to 20 kW. The production process is continuous, which leads to high daily electricity consumption. By implementing its own PV system, the company will be able to cover over 70% of its annual electricity demand from renewable sources, thereby reducing energy costs, CO₂ emissions, and dependency on external electricity suppliers. The project includes delivery, installation, commissioning, and warranty service with a 5-year warranty for construction works and 10-year warranty for the main components.
