Description

"BL Oil" Ltd. is a company whose main activity is the processing of used vegetable oils into second-generation raw materials for the production of biodiesel. The introduction of energy efficiency measures and the use of energy from renewable sources for its own needs by building a photovoltaic power plant for its own consumption - including solar panels, inverters, batteries and all accompanying components necessary for its operation - will help reduce electricity costs, increase the energy independence of the company, improve the ecological footprint of production activities and sustainable development and achieve compliance with the European goals for green energy and circular economy. It will be built on an existing building and property, connected to the internal electrical grid of the property. The plant will have a capacity of 40 kW and 40 kWh batteries for energy storage. To achieve the required generated power, the photovoltaic panels will be connected to a three-phase inverter of 40 kW. Its construction will help BL Oil OOD to maintain its competitiveness, as well as to continue with its investment intentions. The implementation of the investment aimed at increasing energy efficiency and introducing renewable technologies into the enterprise is an important factor on the path to achieving its sustainable development, as well as contributing to achieving the overall cumulative energy savings target for the period 2021-2030, set out in the Integrated Energy and Climate Plan of the Republic of Bulgaria. The investments under the project will be in line with the principle of "no significant harm" to the environment and achieving climate sustainability, contributing to the ecological transition in the enterprise's activities.
