BEAUTY PLACE Ltd. is an enterprise whose main activity, according to NACE code 96.02, is Hairdressing and other beauty treatment services. The company has a long-standing history and is one of the leading beauty and hair salons in the capital. With this project proposal, BEAUTY PLACE Ltd. aims to increase the energy efficiency and sustainability of its operations by implementing modern technical solutions to optimize energy consumption. The following measures will be introduced: - air-to-water heat pump system; - air-to-air heat pump system; - thermal insulation systems for external walls and floors, total area 130 sq. m; - energy-saving lighting fixtures – panels/downlights and linear luminaires of various power ratings, total of 90 units; - heat recovery ventilation unit (recuperator) with an air flow rate of 810 m³/h. All activities and investments will be implemented in full compliance with the applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements, and the project fully meets the mandatory minimum technical parameters defined under the current procedure. The planned investment will result in a tangible reduction of energy consumption from conventional sources, a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions, and improved competitiveness of the enterprise through more efficient resource utilization. The project will have a positive environmental, economic, and social impact. The project activities are fully aligned with the horizontal principles set out in Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 2021/1060 – promoting gender equality, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, and sustainable development. The proposal also fully adheres to the “do no significant harm” principle, ensuring that no activities with negative effects on the environment, climate, biodiversity, or human health are foreseen.
