GABINA LTD(hereinafter referred to as GABINA) is a small company with a main economic activity code under NACE REV 2 "15.20 Manufacture of footwear." To carry out this activity, GABINA has leased the following assets on a long-term basis (more than 6 years from the present moment) with corresponding contracts and annexes thereto: - a production workshop with an area of 320 sq.m. in a building in the city of Dobrich, 25 Sept. Blvd. 49; - 20 types of machines for the manufacture of footwear located in the leased production workshop, as per the full list attached to the contract and its annex; - a functioning PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT (PhPP) located on the roof of the building in which the 320 sq. m. production workshop is leased, for own consumption of electricity with a capacity of 96 kW. In addition, in line with the successful project under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.004 "SUPPORT FOR FAMILY BUSINESSES, CREATIVE INDUSTRIES AND CRAFTS," GABINA expects to purchase and commission a SHOE SOLE PRODUCTION LINE consisting of 8 modules (sequential machines) in the near future. Since shoe production is extremely energy-intensive, in order to improve the energy efficiency of the shoes produced and the use of renewable energy sources, GABINA declares its investment intention to purchase the following assets under this project: 1.Air-to-air heat pumps with a range of 10:50 and a heat output of 16 kW, which will replace the outdated and very energy-intensive air conditioners currently used in the 320 sq. m. rented premises 2.A conventional compressed air compressor with a 15 kW dryer and a 1000-liter compressed air tank (receiver) to replace the more energy-intensive piston compressor 3.Local energy storage facilities - batteries in combination with inverters, with a specification of "batteries with inverters" and a capacity of 120 kW. Storing energy in them will ensure more efficient use of the electricity produced by the PhPP within more working hours of GABINA
