"ENGINEERING FOR LIVESTOCK MECHANIZATION-2000" Ltd., a company whose main activity is Wholesale trade of machinery and equipment for agriculture and forestry and parts thereof (NACE 46.61), plans to implement a project aimed at improving the energy efficiency of its facility in Sofia, which is used for the company’s commercial operations. At present, the building is characterized by low energy efficiency, resulting in high energy costs, inefficient use of resources, and increased greenhouse gas emissions. In order to improve resource efficiency and the environmental performance of the enterprise, the project envisages the purchase and installation of a heat pump and a photovoltaic power plant (including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components necessary for the operation of the system). The implementation of these measures will lead to a significant reduction in energy costs, improvement of the building’s thermal insulation characteristics, optimization of the working environment, and reduction of the company’s carbon footprint. The project is expected to contribute to increased energy efficiency and lower energy consumption, to enhance the comfort and safety of the working environment, and to improve the company’s financial sustainability through reduced operating expenses.
