Description

The current project consists of the construction and installation of a photovoltaic power plant for the production of electricity for own needs with a total installed maximum capacity of 30 kWp and batteries with a total capacity of 30.72 kWh, equipped with 2 heat pumps with a capacity of 22kW each for the needs of the public catering establishment of Pasha-BG Ltd.The photovoltaic power plant for own needs will be installed on a roof with a metal structure of a stationary movable object, which is located in the city of Plovdiv, Trakia residential area, 17 Shipka Blvd. in a building with identifier 56784.540.216.2. The facility with an area of 166.14 sq. m. is intended for public catering and is owned by "Maximum-VM" Ltd., and the same facility is used by us under a 10-year lease agreement, as of 01.10.2025. The photovoltaic power plant will heat all premises in the catering facility. To build the photovoltaic power plant, 48 photovoltaic panels with a power of 620 Wp each will be required, or a total capacity of 29.76 kWp. The panels will be located on the roof of the Stationary Mobile Site and will be connected to one in number 30 kW hybrid inverter. To store electricity, 6 batteries with a capacity of 5.12 kWh each will be needed, or similarly with a total capacity of 30.72 kWh. A supporting structure will be delivered and installed: a/ DS part - delivery and installation and b/ AC part - delivery and installation. An integral part of the total investment will be the project documentation - Design Solution - Structural part and Design Solution - Electrical part with drawings and installation instructions. Part of the investment under this project will also be the purchase of 2 mono-phase air-to-air heat pumps with a capacity of 22 kW each. The purpose of heat pumps is to provide the appropriate temperature for boilers and other technological equipment through low energy consumption.
