The project proposal of Doctor Printer Ltd. aims to enhance energy efficiency and increase the use of renewable energy sources within the company's operations through the implementation of a set of energy-efficient measures and investments in systems for own production and storage of electricity. The project includes the implementation of the following measures and activities: • External thermal insulation of the warehouse building - front and rear walls with a total area of 111.64 sq.m.; • Replacement of the existing metal entrance door with a new solid/industrial insulated door; • Replacement of two windows with operable PVC-framed windows - 2 x 2.5 sq.m.; • Installation of an air-to-air heat pump system with a capacity of 10.3 kW for efficient heating and cooling; • Construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 20 kWp, including an inverter and a 20 kWh battery; • Installation of an additional energy storage facility with a capacity of 55 kWh to support charging of the company's electric vehicle fleet and ensure greater energy independence. The implementation of the project will lead to reduced overall energy consumption and optimized electricity costs. The introduction of these measures will enhance the company's energy autonomy, reduce carbon emissions, and support the transition toward climate neutrality in line with EU goals and national priorities for sustainable development. The investment will minimize production process interruptions related to energy inefficiency and increase the company's competitiveness. The project represents a direct contribution to the national objectives for energy savings and decarbonization through sustainable solutions, fully compliant with the "Do No Significant Harm" principle and the EU horizontal principles - gender equality, non-discrimination, and accessibility for persons with disabilities.
