"MN DESIGN" Ltd. is a small family-owned company operating in the field of metal product manufacturing. The company has been on the market for 10 years. Its core activity is the design, production, and installation of custom-made metal items such as railings, fences, gates, furniture, and others. The manufacturing process is closely tied to the preparation of components and their complete assembly into a unique product, individually designed and crafted for the customer. The company's main clients are property developers, builders of multi-family residential and commercial buildings, as well as private individuals constructing their own homes. The production has a boutique character and meets the specific preferences of its clients by offering original design and subsequent execution of the respective structure. The processes used by the company include metal bending, laser cutting, welding, grinding, priming, and painting. The installed equipment has a capacity of over 60 kW. As part of a project for family-owned businesses, new equipment with an additional capacity of nearly 30 kW is planned for delivery and commissioning. The company's average monthly electricity consumption before the delivery of the new equipment is 4,500 kWh, which is expected to rise to 5,000 kWh once the new equipment is operational. Electricity costs represent a significant portion of the production cost. After evaluating the building's potential and analyzing peak consumption data, the management plans to construct a photovoltaic power plant with battery storage, with a capacity of 41 kW. The planned capacity will store enough energy in the batteries to cover consumption during early morning and late afternoon hours. With this project, "MN DESIGN" Ltd. aims to reduce energy consumption from the free market, which will lead to a lower carbon footprint and a reduction in the production cost of its products.
