CITY ES8 - AUTO EOOD is a microenterprise and carries out its activities with KID 2008 - 45.11 Trade in cars and light trucks up to 3.5 tons in the city of Kyustendil. The company has a car dealership with an office part with a cafe for customers, along with a car service for dismantling and installing car tires for cars, as well as two buildings, all of which are its own. Of these two buildings, one has been rebuilt and is rented out. The second building is undergoing renovation, and it is planned to expand the activity of a car service for dismantling and installing car tires for cars into a car service for dismantling and installing car tires for cars and heavy trucks and agricultural machinery. At the moment, electricity costs are for the office part, a car service for dismantling and installing car tires for cars for the car dealership, and consumption varies between 500 and 1000 BGN/month. The office and the cafe are heated and cooled with the help of air conditioners. The cafe itself is equipped with various sandwich machines, a freezer, refrigerators for drinks and food. The tire dismantling and installation service is equipped with machines for dismantling, installation, balancing, jacks for lifting cars, an air compressor, etc. With the expansion of the tire service and the introduction of the new service, the car service will need additional heating/cooling of the premises, which will be done with air conditioners and for this it will be necessary to install a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 80 kW of electricity, equipped with storage batteries with a capacity of 80 kW. The need to install batteries is caused by the fact that on days without sunlight, the operation of the specified machines and equipment must be ensured for at least 2-3 working days.
