“Preciz VT” Ltd. carries out its main economic activity in retail trade of spare parts, as well as vehicle repair services. The company’s operations are conducted in a production facility located in Veliko Tarnovo, which currently does not meet the required energy efficiency class. The investment includes the implementation of the following main measures: 1. Roof thermal insulation It is planned to replace the existing roof structure and install new thermo-insulating sandwich panels with a high degree of thermal resistance and durability against atmospheric conditions. The selected system meets all requirements for energy efficiency and fire safety and will contribute to a significant reduction of heat losses through the roof slab – one of the main areas of energy leakage in industrial buildings. 2. Replacement of windows and doors The project foresees the replacement of the old and inefficient window frames with new PVC joinery with double-glazed windows, characterized by a high thermal insulation coefficient and improved sound insulation properties. The new window system will reduce air infiltration, improve the indoor microclimate, and help optimize heating and cooling costs. 3. Installation of sectional doors Within the scope of the project, new thermally insulated sectional doors will be installed, equipped with tight-sealing mechanisms and gaskets to prevent heat losses during frequent operation. These installations are designed for industrial use, providing a high level of energy efficiency, safety, and operational convenience.
