Horlog Ltd. was founded in 2015 in the village of Trigrad with 100% private capital. The main subject of the company's activity is with NACE code 55.10 "Hotels and similar places of accommodation", according to the classification of economic activities from 2008, formed by the activity of Guest House "Horlog Castle". The main building was commissioned in 2014 and has 25 beds, as well as a restaurant with 25 seats indoors and 25 seats outdoors. It also houses a reception, kitchen, storage rooms, staff rooms, etc. In June 2021, the four new guest houses were completed, with which the bed base was expanded to 52 beds, and with additional beds, the facility's capacity can reach 68. In December 2022 the procedure for categorization of the object in the Villa Village "Horlog Castle" has also been completed.In February 2025, the renovation and expansion of the main building was completed, including open-air kitchen "show kitchen". The current proposal for the implementation of an investment includes an activities for the construction of a heating system for domestic hot water with 6 heat pumps, each of them with a heating of 14 kW , as well as the construction of a new photovoltaic installation with a total capacity of 25 kW for the production of energy from renewable sources for own consumption, without return to the electricity distribution network, in combination with local energy storage system with a full capacity of 22 kWh. Project activities are related to the needs and constraints identified by the Management. They are part of both the company's long-term development strategy and short- and medium-term plans: improving energy efficiency, reducing dependence on the electricity supply network and fossil fuels, mitigating the impact of rising electricity prices, and accelerating the transition to climate neutrality.
