The project’s main objective is to improve the company’s energy efficiency through investments in energy-efficient equipment, thereby accelerating its transition toward climate neutrality by reducing its carbon footprint and optimizing energy consumption. As part of the eligible target groups under the procedure, the applicant plans to invest in the acquisition of two types of heat pumps: two units of the air-to-water type with a heating capacity of 30 kW each, and one VRV direct expansion system with a heating capacity of 20 kW. The overall energy renovation project will be complemented by a heat recovery 2 units of ventilation system (recuperator) with an air flow rate of 2,500 m³/h each. The investment will be implemented on the premises leased by the company under a long-term rental agreement, which houses a restaurant facility. The need for implementing the investment arises from the high energy intensity of the restaurant sector, as well as the increasing electricity costs, which directly impact the company’s competitiveness. It also results from the heavily depreciated and inefficient heating and air-conditioning equipment currently used in the company’s economic activities. Expected project results: Improvement of the energy efficiency of CITY NOVEL Ltd.; Enhancement of competitiveness and reduction of the company’s energy intensity. Main activities: Improving the company’s energy efficiency, including the supply, installation, and commissioning of equipment, in accordance with the list of eligible categories of assets in the field of energy efficiency.
