Description

The project proposal of "GROZDANOV 64" EOOD is aimed at improving energy efficiency and promoting the use of renewable energy sources in the company's activities by building a Photovoltaic Power Plant (PVPP) with an installed capacity of 30 kW and local facilities for storing electricity for its own needs, as well as implementing a direct evaporation heat pump system for heating and cooling.
"GROZDANOV 64" EOOD is an enterprise with a main activity in technical maintenance and repair of cars (KID 45.20), which uses various types of energy-intensive equipment - lifts, compressors, diagnostic devices, lighting and air conditioning systems. As a result, electricity costs occupy a significant share in the production cost and directly affect the efficiency of the enterprise.
The implementation of the project will provide the opportunity for own production and storage of electricity from a renewable source, which will allow reducing dependence on external suppliers, optimizing energy consumption and reducing the carbon footprint of the activity. The integration of a heat pump system will lead to higher efficiency in heating and cooling, replacing part of conventional energy sources and contributing to lower operating costs.
It is expected to achieve a significant reduction in annual electricity consumption from the grid, increase energy independence and ensure more sustainable working conditions.
The project will be implemented within 12 months, and is expected to have a long-term positive effect on the economic and environmental indicators of the company. Its implementation will contribute to the goals of the European Green Deal, the national energy efficiency strategy and the achievement of sustainable development, through investments that combine economic feasibility, energy efficiency and environmental protection.
