The project proposal "Toni 25-1" EOOD is aimed at improving energy efficiency in an existing warehouse and commercial building in the city of Dimitrovgrad. The project activities also include the implementation of its own photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the building, which will cover the energy needs of the company. With the implementation of the project, the company will largely achieve climate neutrality by optimizing its energy consumption and generating its own RES electricity. The project activities are: 1. Implementation of construction and installation works to improve energy efficiency including: - Laying of a thermal insulation system from EPS – 517 sq.m. - Laying of a thermal insulation system from XPS on the plinth – 130 sq.m. - Replacement of wooden joinery with PVC joinery – 70 sq.m. - Replacement of metal joinery and doors with Aluminum joinery – 15 sq.m. 2. Construction of a photovoltaic power plant for own consumption with a capacity of 60 kWp. As a result of the implementation of the planned activities under the project, the following results will be achieved: 1. Reduction of the share of electricity used produced from hydrocarbons by 90%. 2. Achieving energy independence of 90% of the company's energy consumption. 3. Annual savings of 0.4 tons of CO2 4. Improved microclimate for the company's employees and reduced energy consumption. 5. Increased competitiveness of the company due to reduced energy costs and increased employee productivity. 6. Climate sustainability and helping to achieve the goals of the European Green Deal. The target groups of the project are: 1. The company as a business unit, which increases its energy efficiency and energy independence. 2. Employees of the company, for whom they are provided with an improved working environment and a controlled microclimate.
