Description

This project proposal aims to improve the energy efficiency of the EDI Hotel complex, the use of energy from renewable sources (RE), thereby accelerating the transition of EDIStroy EOOD to climate neutrality by reducing the carbon footprint, optimizing energy consumption and increasing RE in the company's energy mix.

Activities to achieve the goal:
To improve energy efficiency, it is planned to supply, install and put into operation an air-to-water heat pumps.
To optimize energy consumption and increase RE in the company's energy mix, it is planned to build a photovoltaic power plant for its own needs with an electricity storage system.
Two accompanying activities are also planned - implementation and reporting of the project and information and publicity /visualization/, which will be implemented in accordance with the Conditions for the implementation of projects under this procedure.

Expected results:
- reduction in the consumption of primary electricity at the expense of such from RE - solar energy;
- improving energy efficiency and optimizing heating costs;
- accelerating the company's transition to climate neutrality by reducing its carbon footprint;

The implementation of the project will contribute to the sustainable development of the company and increase its competitiveness.
