This project proposal aims to overcome a key challenge for "K&B KLIMA" EOOD - the high energy intensity and related operational costs arising from the use of outdated and inefficient air conditioning and ventilation systems. The need for this investment is driven by the necessity to reduce the carbon footprint and optimize energy consumption, which is directly aligned with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004. The project's target group is the enterprise itself – a micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise operating in the services sector. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the achievement of Specific Objective RSO2.1 of Priority 2 "Circular Economy" under the PCІ 2021-2027 by promoting energy efficiency. Specific objectives include a significant reduction in energy costs, an increase in competitiveness, and an improvement in the company's environmental performance. The main activities comprise investments in energy-saving equipment, namely the supply and commissioning of one high-efficiency VRF/VRV heat pump system and two recuperative units for heating, ventilation, and cooling. The expected results from the project's implementation are the achievement of substantial energy savings, a reduction in CO₂ emissions, the attraction of private investment for the green transition, and an overall improvement in the enterprise's sustainability, which will contribute to achieving the programme indicators.
