"VAKI - HIM" Ltd. is a company specialized in the production of fertilizers and plant nutrition preparations. The main product groups are: gel fertilizers "GROW PLANT GEL", water-soluble fertilizers "GROW PLANT NPK", liquid fertilizers "GROW PLANT LIQUID", chelated fertilizers "GROW PLANT HELAT", hobby series - universal, for flowering flowers and for orchids. The company's activities are carried out in its own production facility in the village of Markovo, Rhodopi Municipality, As a manufacturing enterprise where energy costs are a significant factor in the formation of cost, "VAKI - HIM" Ltd. is faced with challenges related to energy intensity and the dynamics of electricity prices. To address these challenges and in accordance with the objectives of procedure BG16RFPR001-2.004 "Energy efficiency and use of energy from renewable sources in enterprises", the project envisages the implementation of an investment under item 9 of the List of eligible asset categories, namely: • Screw compressor with inverter control and built-in refrigeration dryer – 1 pc.; • Conventional screw compressor with built-in refrigeration dryer – 1 pc.; • Compressed air tank (Receiver) with a volume of 2000 l. – 1 pc. The implementation of the project will achieve: • reduction of electricity costs; • optimization of production processes through reliable and more efficient provision of compressed air; • increase in energy efficiency; • permanent increase in the competitiveness of the enterprise in the target markets. The total investment value is 137,738.75 BGN, and the duration of the project is 12 months.
