Company INVASION-KDS-COMPANY LTD has an activity code of 56.10 Activities of restaurants and fast food establishments and is engaged in the management of Restaurant "Tiffany" in the city of Stara Zagora. The facility in which we are located is owned by the company and includes a hall with tables of 450 sq.m., a kitchen of 350 sq.m. and warehouses. The company employs qualified specialists with many years of experience. Under this project, we envisage the supply and installation of Air-to-Air Heat Pumps, 2 pieces, 33 kW each, Air-to-Water Heat Pumps, 2 pieces, 50 kW each and the supply and installation of Energy-saving lighting panels - moons, 100 pieces, 36 W each, with which we expect to achieve the replacement of our already outdated heating and cooling installation, and: - Reduction of electricity costs by at least 30% - Reduction of heating/cooling/lighting costs and improvement of the indoor climate - Better working conditions (temperature, air quality, hot water), which leads to better work and lower staff fatigue - Improved energy independence from market changes - Possibility to expand the scope of our business without increasing energy costs - An up-to-date installation that we expect to serve us well for the next 15 years.
