The project of “Aris 16” Ltd., a company whose main activity is the production of metal joinery (NACE 25.12), is aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint through the implementation of energy efficiency measures and the use of renewable energy sources. The project foresees two main investments: Construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 30 kWp for self-consumption, combined with an energy storage system (battery) with a capacity of 30 kWh. This measure will significantly reduce electricity consumption from the grid, ensure stability and optimization of energy costs, and contribute to more sustainable production. Installation of thermal insulation made of mineral wool on a roof with an area of 700 sq.m. This measure aims to limit heat losses, improve the indoor climate in the production premises, and reduce the energy required for heating and cooling. The implementation of the project will lead to a reduction in the company’s energy intensity, optimization of production processes, and a substantial decrease in greenhouse gas emissions. The measures are fully in line with national and European policies on energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources. Through this project, “Aris 16” Ltd. seeks to strengthen its competitiveness, reduce its energy costs, and contribute to the sustainable development of the industry in the region.
