A worrying trend is that the second most common place where bullying occurs is the classroom – 25% of the surveyed. As a result of the results, an analysis of bullying in the school over the last two school years is observed. Children who are bullied are often bullied in a group of other children. 21% of bullied students often share their problems with their teachers, but unfortunately 30% of bullied students do not see any change. 63% of the children surveyed said that they see bullying at school. A total of 30% of students say that, although with different frequency, they bully other children. Still 24% of children who are bullied see help from their teachers. In second place, 15% of them seek help from their friends. A worrying trend is that 36% see the “bullies” in their class. Achieving a safe educational environment in school requires a comprehensive and systematic approach to work and the inclusion of all participants in the educational process: students, teachers, parents, representatives of the local community and other stakeholders. A key point is the involvement of parents as partners. Support is provided to pedagogical specialists to deal with the role and function on the topic. It is planned to build a space where students can feel safe to share and generate ideas to improve the school climate.
