The project "Bringing Their Future Back" focuses on the identification, inclusion, and retention of children and students who, for various reasons, are outside the educational system of the Republic of Bulgaria. The main goal is to identify, motivate, and reintegrate at-risk children and students into school through a modern, field-based, and partnership-oriented approach.
The project is implemented within the territory of Sofia-city and builds upon the established activities of the Coverage Mechanism by introducing innovative and sustainable practices: mobile and specialized outreach teams covering even the most hard-to-reach communities; collection of aggregated information from foreign schools operating in the capital; conducting individualized interviews with at-risk parents and students; and the introduction of an internal system for reporting and sharing successful practices.
The focus is placed on increasing the effectiveness and motivation of outreach teams by introducing a performance-based system, team recognition, field communication training, and a platform for jointly resolving real-life cases.
The project is of significant social importance and aims to create a long-term model for outreach, inclusion, and dropout prevention in the educational system—applicable not only in Sofia-city, but also as a model for national policy. At the heart of the project lies the belief that every child has the right to a future and a place in the classroom.

Подкрепа на механизма за съвместна работа на институциите по обхващане и включване в предучилищно и училищно образование и предотвратяване на отпадането от образователната система на деца и ученици: Дейността включва следните поддейности: Поддейност Мобилен екип „Образователен патрул“ за създаване на екипи за обход на 580 деца и ученици, поддейност Допълнителни специалисти в екипите за обхватза за повишаване капацитета на институциите, Поддейност "Обучение на екипите за обхват" за повишаване квалификацията и компетентностите на служителите, поддейност "Работа с родителите на децата и учениците, отпаднали от системата или в риск от отпадане", Поддейност "Форум "Институции без граници" с междуведомствени срещи за споделяне на добри практики, дни на отворените врати, с които се цели повишаване на обхвата на учениците, и инфорираността на родителите за ползите от образованието. 90 участници ще бъдат включени в проектни дейности, свързани с обучения, теренна работа, комуникация с родители и партньори, дни на отворените врати.
