The project is designed to strengthen the qualifications of the heads of educational institutions within the preschool and school education system, with a focus on the preparation and effective management of European projects. Through targeted training activities, participants will develop key competencies in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, specifically for initiatives funded by the ESF/ESF+. The project addresses critical challenges identified during previous programming periods and aims to equip the management teams of kindergartens and schools with the necessary skills for the strategic management of operations within their institutions. By fostering enhanced administrative capacity for project management, the project contributes to the effective and efficient implementation of operations of strategic importance under the "Education" Programe 2021–2027 (EP), supporting the achievement of European Union policy objectives.
