Activity 3: Developing Students’ Social-Emotional Skills
Goals:
Reduce incidents of aggression and violence in the school environment.
Develop students’ social-emotional skills.
Create a safe and supportive school environment.
Promote a respectful and non-violent culture of communication.
Target Groups:
Group 1: Primary school students (8 students).
Group 2: Lower secondary school students (8 students).
Activities – Interest-based sessions
Expected Results:
Increased awareness of issues related to aggression and violence.
Development of emotional regulation and empathy skills.
Creation of a school newspaper as a platform for expression and prevention.
Strengthening a culture of non-violent communication.
Enhanced sense of belonging and security among students.
Indicators of Success:
Active student participation in the school media.
Positive feedback from students, teachers, and parents.
Increased motivation to participate in school initiatives.
Conclusion:
Participation in Activity 3 of the project aims to establish a sustainable practice for preventing bullying and violence by developing social-emotional skills, engaging students in positive activities, and building a safe school environment.
