The present investment proposal substantiates in economic, financial and production aspects the effectiveness of the investment in the construction of the OBJECT: "Agricultural building for the storage of agricultural produce and inventory" LOCATION: property with identifier 66901.57.852 according to the KKKR of the village of Skrut, "Kalnik" locality, land of Skrut village, Petrich municipality "ZP Vanya Markova". to promote the technological and ecological transition of agriculture" namely, a rapid recovery from the consequences of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic will be achieved, overcoming the problems that hinder the competitiveness and sustainability of the agricultural sector and accelerating its adaptation to climate change, greening of manufacturing and digital transformation. ZP Vanya Markova will be given the opportunity to offer on the market agricultural products whose quality, condition and type meet the needs of the end user. In this way, the support will provide an opportunity to increase the competitiveness of ZP Vanya Markova and help it cope with the consequences of the SARS-CoV pandemic. The creation of short supply chains and storage of fresh fruits and vegetables will be stimulated.
The goal of Vanya and of the project in particular is to continue the phased development and modernization of the agricultural holding, construction of an agricultural building for the storage of agricultural produce and inventory. This will contribute to improving the quality of fruits and vegetables offered on the market.

Халето е еднообемно с отвори за прозорци и врати, съгласно архитектурното разпределение. Строежът има правоъгьлна форма и е с габарити 12,60 / 28,95 и височина 5,62м: на колоните до връзката им с ригелите. Цялото строителство се предвижда да бъде изпълнявано на един етап. j
По желание на Възложителя избраната носеща конструкция е стоманена, стъпваща върху стоманобетонни основи и има надлъжни междуоси от 5,70м и напречни такива на 12,00м. Столиците са осово през 1,50м. по наклона на ригела. Външните стени и покривът на новият строеж ще се изпълняват от термопанели с дебелина 5 см., с пълнеж от студоопорен материал, монтирани чрез „скрит” монтаж.
