The project proposal is aimed at the purchase of a tractor, seeder, cultivator and hay collector for the needs of a livestock facility located in the village of Navasen, for raising beef cows. The PII envisages the purchase of a new EuroStage V emission level tractor, equipped with digitization for automatic machine leveling, ISOBUS section control and a control and wireless data transfer system, including stationary data access. The equipment planned for purchase will be used to process crops needed to feed the animals. The tractor has lower levels of emissions than previously used, which is aimed at protecting the components of the environment and is in sync with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No. 167/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 5, 2013 regarding the approval and market supervision of agricultural and forestry vehicles.
The applicant is not an undertaking in difficulty, given the terms of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market pursuant to Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 187 from 26.6.2014).
The applicant did not receive support under the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020 for the same type of investments as those included in this project.
Given the above, the FDI is in accordance with the requirements of the procedure under the Fund for the Promotion of Technological and Environmental Modernization.
