The project proposal of the Municipality of Velingrad is aimed at sustainable and environmentally friendly improvement of mobility in the provision of social services delegated by the state. The project envisages the purchase of one zero-emission electric vehicle, in compliance with the technical requirements of procedure BG-RRP-13.011, as well as one charging station with a minimum capacity of 22 kW, which will be installed on land that is public municipal property.
The electric vehicle will be used to transport both users and staff of the social services, with a primary focus on ensuring high-quality and accessible care for elderly people, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups in the municipality, including those in hard-to-reach and remote settlements.
The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the procedure through:
• modernization of the municipal vehicle fleet with a focus on decarbonization;
• improvement of energy efficiency and reduction of carbon dioxide emissions;
• enhancement of mobility and efficiency in the social sector;
• establishment of conditions for sustainable energy use through the deployment of charging infrastructure.
The project is fully aligned with the REPowerEU Plan, the European Solar Strategy, and the European Green Deal, and will support the transition to clean mobility and the improvement of the quality of life of socially vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Velingrad.

Дейност 1: Закупуване на електромобил и зарядна станция за предоставяне на социални услуги, делегирана от държавата дейност в община Велинград
: В рамките на дейността ще бъде закупен електрически автомобил (категория М1 или N1) и ще бъде закупена и монтирана зарядна станция за електрически автомобили с капацитет за зареждане от минимум 22 kW, отговаряща на следните минимални технически параметри за електромобили:
1) Тип превозно средство
• Тип задвижване: изцяло електрически (нулеви емисии)
• Минимум 2+1 места (шофьор + 2 пътници)
2) Батерия и пробег:
• Капацитет на батерията: минимум 60 kWh
• Автономен пробег с едно зареждане: минимум 200 км (по WLTP)
3) Товарен капацитет:
• Полезен товар: минимум 700 кг.
4) Зарядни възможности:
• Възможност за зареждане от стандартна AC зарядна станция (Type 2), 22 kW
• Оборудван с бордово зарядно устройство с мощност не по-малко от 7.0 kW
5) Гаранционни условия:
• Минимум 5 години или 150 000 км. за автомобила
• Минимум 8 години или 160 000 км. за батерията
Зарядната станция ще бъде монтирана на терен публична общинска собственост. Предвидено е обособяване на паркомясто, съвместимо с изискванията за безопасност, достъпност и видимост. Ще бъдат спазени всички изисквания за маркировка, табели и брандиране, посочени в Ръководството за изпълнение на процедурата.
