The current project proposal is related to the introduction of technological modernization in the livestock farm of Rosen Georgiev through the purchase of a 120 hp wheeled tractor equipped with a front loader, a radio navigation GPS receiver for navigation and a control set for agricultural machines. The machines and equipment planned for purchase and implementation in the production process of the farm will enable traceability and control of technological operations and data generation, which will achieve technological modernization of animal husbandry processes. The farm has a total of 214 ruminant animals in a registered livestock facility. 390 decares of pastures are also cultivated to provide rough fodder. In order to improve the basic technological processes and achieve a more efficient way to produce and protect the components of the environment, the farmer plans to implement a new tractor with a power of 120 hp with a front loader. The choice is based on several key aspects, including the type of activity for which they are intended - animal husbandry and all accompanying activities, as well as the productivity, capacity and efficiency of the tractor, the possibility of aggregating existing attached/mounted machinery on the farm, the deadlines for carrying out agrotechnical and production measures, level of harmful emissions, etc. in animal husbandry. The self-propelled vehicle planned for purchase has optimal fuel efficiency and low levels of harmful emissions and meets the environmental standards of European and national legislation. Its implementation in the farm's production processes guarantees compliance with the principle of not causing significant harm and contributes to the ecological transition. An investment in a radio navigation GPS receiver for navigation and a control set for agricultural machinery on agricultural machinery will ensure the implementation of precision agriculture on the farm.
