The project proposal is aimed at the implementation of construction and assembly works, the purchase of machines, equipment and facilities, which will be used to complete the entire process of preparation for the sale of onion variety "Lyaskovski 58". This variety is on the list of endangered local onion varieties. The implementation of the investment intention will ensure the construction of a metal warehouse, where a high-tech line for sorting and packing onions will be located. The line will ensure the entire process - from receiving the box pallets from the field, to a market-ready product - onions packed in sacks from 2.5 to 25 kg. The high-tech line for sorting and packing onions will guarantee precise, fast and high-quality preparation of vegetables for storage or marketing. The implementation of the investment will ensure sustainable operation of the preparation processes, higher productivity and higher quality of the final product.
