Description

The project “Construction of an Outpatient Clinic in the Village of Krivnya Using Modular Container-Type Units” envisions the installation of a fully equipped, prefabricated container on a pre-prepared municipal plot of land within the regulated area. The plot will have a rectangular shape with minimum dimensions of 4 x 12 meters.
The container will comply with the requirements for the minimum room sizes specified in Ordinance No. RD-02-20-3 of 21.12.2015 on the design, construction, and maintenance of public service buildings in the field of healthcare.
According to the regulatory requirements, an individual outpatient medical practice (office) must include at least the following rooms:
Waiting room – 2 m² per office, but not less than 9 m² in total;
Examination room for adults and children – 12 m²;
Treatment room for adults and children – 9 m²;
Sanitary facility for patients and staff – 3 m², compliant with accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities.
The planned container unit will have a total minimum area of 33 m².
