The project proposal for the implementation of an investment includes the purchase of an electric vehicle and a charging station for the needs of social services provided in the territory of the municipality of Madzharovo.
In order to modernize and decarbonize the vehicle fleet used in the provision of social services in the municipality of Madzharovo, an electric vehicle equipped with a charging station with a power of at least 22 kW will be purchased. The charging station will be installed in the town of Madzharovo, ul. "Petar Angelov" No. 1, land property with identifier 46084.888.9901, representing public municipal property. The electric vehicle will be used to transport users of social services, in view of the growing mobile needs in the social sphere, especially in the context of deinstitutionalization and the transition to services provided in the community and in a home environment. Replacing old cars with an electric car will lead to a significant reduction in carbon emissions, as well as savings in fuel and maintenance. The electric vehicle will meet the requirements of Regulation No. H-21 of 2023 and will cover the minimum technical requirements for electric vehicles.
The implementation of the project will increase energy efficiency and reduce energy dependence in the social services sector.

Закупуване на електрическо превозно средство и зарядна станция : Дейността ще започне след избор на изпълнител, който ще се проведе съгласно Закона за обществените поръчки. Предвидено е да се монтира трифазна зарядна станция с мощност 22 kW в съществуваща гаражна клетка в сграда, общинска собственост.
22 kW зарядна станция е високоефективна преносима зарядна станция, която осигурява бързо и безопасно зареждане на електромобила.
Електрическото превозно средство, което ще бъде закупено по проекта ще отговаря на следните минимални технически параметри:
1) Тип превозно средство
- Тип задвижване: изцяло електрически (нулеви емисии).
- Минимум 2+1 места (шофьор + 2 пътници).
2) Батерия и пробег:
- Капацитет на батерията: минимум 60 kWh.
- Автономен пробег с едно зареждане: минимум 200 км (по WLTP).
3) Товарен капацитет:
- Полезен товар: минимум 700 кг.
4) Зарядни възможности:
- Възможност за зареждане от стандартна AC зарядна станция (Type 2), 22 kW.
- Оборудван с бордово зарядно устройство с мощност не по-малко от 7.0 kW.
5) Гаранционни условия:
- Минимум 5 години или 150 000 км за автомобила.
- Минимум 8 години или 160 000 км за батерията.
