In recent years, against the background of the global health and economic crisis, the important role of agriculture, and in particular of animal husbandry, which contributes to the normal functioning of the food supply chain and ensuring food security, has been clearly highlighted.
In addition to providing quality and safe food, agriculture and animal husbandry are also given commitments to make a significant contribution to the goals of the green and digital transition.
Agriculture has the potential to produce affordable, safe and high-quality products, as well as to contribute to environmental protection, climate change prevention and biodiversity conservation.
This, however, implies the creation of favorable conditions for its accelerated technological renewal and widespread entry into practice of digital innovations, enabling sustainability through automation, with the use and generation of fewer resources.
Each new technological solution allows farmers to adequately manage their farms in an innovative way, with a new technological and information base, with an intelligent approach through solutions that provide the possibility of traceability, management and control of processes to obtain sustainability in results, with conservation of the environment to a higher degree.
The present FDI envisages the purchase of technological equipment for a livestock farm, located in the village of Chavdartsi, commune. Lovech, in order to achieve lasting ecological and technological modernization, to recover the economy from the Covid crisis, to overcome the problems and obstacles that hinder its competitiveness and efficiency.
Dairy cows and calves are raised in the livestock farm and raw quality cow's milk is produced. The applicant owns a registered livestock facility, according to Certificate No. 324 of 04/16/2015 with capacity: 295 animals. dairy cows and 144 pcs. calves.

"Инвестиции в технологична и екологична модернизация за животновъдно стопанство": Настоящото ПИИ ще бъде изпълнено при спазване на Условията за кандидатстване и Условията за изпълнение по Процедура № BG-RRP-6.004 „Инвестиции в технологична и екологична модернизация" от НПВУ, като ще бъдат приложени всички съпътстващи документи по процедурата.
Изборът на доставчици на инвестициите по дейност 1 ще се извърши след датата на подаване на ПИИ и/или след сключване на договора за финансиране, съгласно изискванията на т. 10.3.2.1 от Приложение 2-общи условия към договор.
Всички бюджетни редове са обвързани с Дейност 1 "Инвестиции в технологична и екологична модернизация за животновъдно стопанство".
Крайният получател ще изпълни проекта (инвестицията по ПВУ) с грижата на добър стопанин, при спазване на принципите за добро финансово управление, свободна конкуренция, равно третиране, публичност и недопускане на дискриминация, съобразно най-добрите практики в съответната област и в съответствие с настоящия договор.
За тази цел крайният получател ще осигури всички финансови, човешки и материални ресурси, необходими за пълното и точно изпълнение на одобрената инвестиция по ПВУ.
