Programme: Recovery and Resilience Plan

The project proposal is for the Purchase of an electric vehicle and a charging station for the purposes of the social services provided by the Municipality of Kuklen. The target groups are socially disadvantaged people, elderly people, people in disadvantaged situations, people with disabilities and those with diseases living in the territory of the Municipality of Kuklen.
To implement the idea, it is necessary to purchase an electric vehicle. By acquiring the vehicle, opportunities will be provided to the persons from the target groups for easier movement and access to health and social services, cultural enrichment of the same, as well as their inclusion in various activities.

When implementing the project, the requirements specified in the Application Guidelines for the purchase of an electric vehicle will be met: 1) Vehicle type - Drive type: fully electric (zero emissions) - Minimum 2+1 seats (driver + 2 passengers) 2) Battery and mileage: - Battery capacity: minimum 60 kWh - Autonomous mileage on a single charge: minimum 200 km (according to WLTP) 3) Load capacity: - Payload: minimum 700 kg 4) Charging capabilities: - Ability to charge from a standard AC charging station (Type 2), 22 kW - Equipped with an on-board charger with a power of not less than 7.0 kW 5) Warranty conditions: - Minimum 5 years or 150,000 km for the vehicle - Minimum 8 years or 160,000 km for the battery.

The purpose of the project is:
1. Ensuring the need for mobility in the provision of social services by the Municipality of Kuklen;
2. Facilitating movement and access of persons from the target groups to various cultural, educational, scientific, social or sports events;


Expected results:
1. Improving the quality of social services provided in the municipality.
2. Creating new opportunities for individuals from target groups to participate and express themselves in cultural, social and other activities.
