The project proposal is aimed at the purchase of agricultural machinery for the needs of a livestock farm located in Glavan, with the aim of technological and ecological modernization for the farm's activities. The attached equipment requested in the project (sprayer and precision seeder) has been digitized with a system for traceability of operations, volume of data and wireless data transfer, which will help to carry out work processes more efficiently, lower consumption of raw materials and help environmental protection, due to the performance of precise activities in the production of food for animals, which is part of the Green Deal in the field of agriculture.
The applicant is not an undertaking in difficulty, given the terms of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market pursuant to Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 187 from 26.6.2014).
The applicant did not receive support under the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020 for the same type of assets, but on the contrary, implementation of this project will achieve complementarity of investments and complete modernization of the farm.
Given the above, the FDI is in accordance with the requirements of the procedure under the Fund for the Promotion of Technological and Environmental Modernization.
