The municipality of Levski is located in central northern Bulgaria and is administratively part of Pleven District and the North-Western Planning Region of the country, bordering municipalities from two other districts, Lovech and Veliko Tarnovo. The total area of Levski municipality is 414.7 square kilometers or nearly 10% of the territory of Pleven District. There are a total of 13 settlements – the municipal centre of Levski and 12 villages (Asenovtsi, Asparuhovo, Bozhurluk, Bulgarene, Varana, Gradishte, Izgrev, Kozar Belene, Malchika, Obnova, Stezherovo, Tranchovitsa).
The village of Gradishte is the southernmost border village in the municipality, located 7.3 km from the municipal center town of Levski. It is crossed by road III-303. To the east of the village, the railway line Pleven – Levski – Pavlikeni – Gorna Oryahovitsa passes tangentially.
The population by address registration (permanent and current address) is 792 persons according to data of GD GRAO as of 15.10.2025.
There is a practice of GPs in the settlement. The health service in the village, where an ongoing repair will be carried out, is: - 1st floor of a two-storey building consisting of the following premises - doctor's office, treatment room, waiting room and bathroom, basement and adjoining premises.
This project proposal provides for an ongoing renovation of a building for the establishment of a modern outpatient facility in Gradishte village, Levski Municipality, including the supply of equipment/furnishing for the needs of the outpatient facility. The construction and repair works are described in the attached SCC for the site. A sketch of the property and a property document are attached to the project proposal.
