On the territory of the municipality of Godech, the only provider of social services is the municipality.The financing of social services is distributed as delegated state activities and local activities, according to the subject of activity and the scope of the social service offered. Currently, a social service "Assistant Support" is operating on the territory of the municipality, an activity delegated by the state, established by Order No. RD01-2494/30.12.2020 of the Board of Directors of the Social Assistance Service, with a capacity of 26 users.The service includes daily hourly support in a home environment for children and persons with permanent disabilities and for persons of working age who are unable to self-service, provided by a person holding the position of "Social Assistant".Other social services are also provided on the territory of the municipality:"Personal Assistance Mechanism", serving 89 users, with 104 personal assistants and "Home Social Patronage" as a "local activity", through which food is provided to 26 users. Social service users need daily mobility to visit health and administrative institutions, social and cultural events, as well as for other individual needs.To meet their needs, an electric vehicle and a charging station for it will be purchased, meeting the Application Guidelines, namely:1)Vehicle type-Drive type: fully electric(zero emissions)-Minimum 2+1 seats (driver + 2 passengers);2)Battery and range: - Battery capacity: minimum 60 kWh - Autonomous range on a single charge: minimum 200 km(according to WLTP); 3)Load capacity: - Payload: minimum 700 kg; 4)Charging capabilities: - Ability to charge from a standard AC charging station (Type 2),22 kW-Equipped with an on-board charger with a power of not less than 7.0 kW;5)Warranty conditions:-Minimum 5 years or 150,000 km for the car-Minimum 8 years or 160,000 km for the battery.The implementation of the project will contribute to people leading a better and more fulfilling lifestyle.

Закупуване на електрически автомобил, доставка и монтаж на зарядна станция.: След одобрение на проектното предложение, Община Годеч обявява процедура по реда на глава 26 от Закона за обществените поръчки - "Събиране на оферти с обява" за избор на изпълнител за закупуване на електрически автомобил, доставка и монтаж на зарядна станция. След като бъде сключен договор с избрания изпълнител, същият доставя електрическото превозно средство и зарядната станция, отговарящи на техническите характеристики, съгласно Указанията за кандидатстване, а именно:
1) Тип превозно средство - Тип задвижване: изцяло електрически (нулеви емисии) - Минимум 2+1 места (шофьор + 2 пътници)
2) Батерия и пробег: - Капацитет на батерията: минимум 60 kWh - Автономен пробег с едно зареждане: минимум 200 км (по WLTP)
3) Товарен капацитет: - Полезен товар: минимум 700 кг
4) Зарядни възможности: - Възможност за зареждане от стандартна AC зарядна станция (Type 2), 22 kW - Оборудван с бордово зарядно устройство с мощност не по-малко от 7.0 kW
5) Гаранционни условия: - Минимум 5 години или 150 000 км за автомобила - Минимум 8 години или 160 000 км за батерията.
След като бъде доставено превозното средство и бъде монтирана зарядната станция на сградата на общинска администрация Годеч, ще се обособи паркомясто, с указателна табела със символ за зареждане и подходящ ярък цвят.
За изпълнението на дейностите по проекта и оповестяване на приноса на програмата, финансирана от Европейския съюз, ще бъде поставена информационна табела, ще бъде публикувана информация на сайта на Община Годеч и ще бъдат организирани публични събития в процеса на изпълнението на проекта.
