Programme: Recovery and Resilience Plan

Tenevo Solar Technologies is a special purpose company dedicated for the construction and operation of Tenevo project. The Project includes the construction of a 207.6 MW AC/237.8 MWp DC photovoltaic power plant („PV Tenevo“) in combination with collocated energy storage system with total installed capacity 65 MW and useful capacity of 260 MWh (BESS Tenevo). 
PV Tenevo shall be located  in two photovoltaic fields: 
- Field „1“ located on land plots 72240.23.361 and 72240.23.362 in the village of Tenevo, Gigova mera area; and 
- Field „2“ located on land plot 72240.17.56 in the village of Tenevo, Gigova mera area.
PV Tenevo has obtained the following documents:
1. Regional environmental agency statements:
- Statement № KOS-01-1615(1)/ 26.03.2021
- Statement № KOS-01-5247/ 21.12.2021
- Statement № KOS-01-3092(1)/ 29.05.2024
All statements confirm that the required project works do not need to undergo procedures for environmental impact assessment or environmental evaluation. 
2. Valid construction permits, incl. for BESS Tenevo and grid connection facilities. 
3. Grid connection agreement №DG-PR 400-2917/18.04.2024. 
Construction works on PV Tenevo started later than 12 Feb 2021 and are expected to be finished around July 2025.
The total investment in BESS Tenevo is expected to be around BGN 91.5 mln (VAT excl.). The facility shall be constructed on land plot 72240.23.363 (Tenevo area) that is fully owned by the Company.
The BESS capacity is 31.3% of the PV Tenevo AC capacity and shall be a behind-the-meter installation to be located between commercial metering devices and PV Tenevo. At least 75% of the BESS Tenevo capacity shall be charged with electricity produced by PV Tenevo.
BESS Tenevo holds a construction permit №23/31.01.2024. No actual construction works have started, turnkey contractor shall be chosen on an arms' length basis not later than 30 April 2025. 
The project (PV and BESS part) shall be fully completed not later than 31 March 2026.
