Programme: Recovery and Resilience Plan

The project proposal aims to purchase an electric vehicle and the corresponding charging station, which will be used for the needs of the Center for the Transport of People with Disabilities in the town of Dve Mogili - Sofia, an activity delegated by the state. Through this project, the transport infrastructure will be modernized, ensuring ecological, efficient and sustainable transport for the needs of users in the service. The project includes:
1. Purchase of an electric vehicle - selection of an appropriate model for the transport of people with disabilities, food and medication deliveries, easy access to medical and specialized services for people in the service. The vehicle will be economical, with a long range and low emissions, which will reduce the negative impact on the environment, while complying with the following requirements:
1.1 Vehicle type - Drive type: all-electric (zero emissions)
- Minimum 2+1 seats (driver + 2 passengers)
1.2 Battery and range:
- Battery capacity: minimum 60 kWh
- Autonomous range on a single charge: minimum 200 km (according to WLTP)
1.3 Load capacity: Payload: minimum 700 kg
1.4 Charging capabilities:
- Ability to charge from a standard AC charging station (Type 2), 22 kW
- Equipped with an on-board charger with a power of not less than 7.0 kW
1.5 Warranty conditions:
- Minimum 5 years or 150,000 km for the vehicle
- Minimum 8 years or 160,000 km for the battery
2. Construction of Charging stations – installation of charging stations at key points in the territory, providing the necessary infrastructure for the maintenance of electric vehicles. This will ensure their easy operation and long service life.
3.Staff training – training employees to work with new technologies, which will ensure safety and efficiency in the use of the vehicle and the charging station.
4.Social benefits – reduction of carbon emissions and improvement of air quality in the region, as well as reduction of fuel and maintenance costs.
