The project proposal of "SAM 96" Ltd. aims to build an integrated system for the production and storage of electricity from renewable sources in the municipality of Panagyurishte. The initiative includes the creation of a photovoltaic plant with an installed capacity of 498.3 kWp, which will allow an increase in the share of renewable energy in the region's energy mix and contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions.
In addition, the project envisages the construction of an energy storage system with a planned capacity of 0.2 MW (200 kW) and a capacity of 193.5 MWh, which will optimize the use of the generated electricity. The system will allow the storage of excess energy produced during peak sunlight hours and its subsequent use during reduced production or increased consumption. This will increase the energy independence and security of the municipality, while providing a stable and reliable source of electricity.
The project will be implemented in accordance with national and European legislative frameworks and aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of integrated solutions for energy production and storage. The main activities include preparing the existing photovoltaic plant for integration with the new storage facilities and building the relevant infrastructure.
The expected results of the project include the successful commissioning of the photovoltaic system and the energy storage system, improved energy efficiency, reduced operating costs for energy, and lower carbon emissions in the municipality. The project is in line with national and European goals for sustainable development and supports the transition to a low-carbon economy.

Изграждане и пускане в експлоатация на ЛСС: Дейността включва изграждането и интеграцията на акумулаторна батерия LUNA2000-200KWH-2H1 във фотоволтаичната система на "САМ 96" ЕООД. ЛСС ще има инсталирана мощност от 0.2 MW и капацитет от 193.5 MWh, което ще позволи оптимизация на използването на енергията, произведена от фотоволтаичната централа. Системата за съхранение на енергия е предназначена да поддържа баланса между производството и потреблението на енергия в мрежата, да намалява енергийните пикове и да увеличава енергийната независимост на региона.
