The project is for the purchase of equipment for the production of the farm - raspberries. The insertable sterilizing cooler for intensive cooling without freezing and long-term storage is an innovative solution for storing freshly picked raspberry fruits and monitoring their storage processes regardless of climatic conditions and enables the sale of quality and fresh produce at the most suitable market prices. The high added value of the machine is also manifested through the positive impact on the environment, as in order to operate this chamber, a fully autonomous mobile RES with a capacity of 24 kW will be used, which will satisfy the needs of the cooling module at the most important moments in order to grants the quality of the manufactured product.
